User satisfaction is paramount. How do we achieve this goal?

Building Products People Want

First, we start with internally proposed product ideas. These ideas are submitted to the community, allowing our users to provide feedback on early concepts. We iterate and refine based on this feedback until the idea gains community approval.

Next, we focus on developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), with the sole goal of determining whether people will use it. This involves collaborating closely with early, loyal users until we have at least five satisfied paying users. Only then will we roll out the feature to the broader user base. This approach ensures we prioritize developing features that people will genuinely use and are willing to pay for.
